We have created decals that you can place on boxes to help you collect phone donations and pre-paid shipping labels to help you turn in phones. Please feel free to take what you need, and contact us if there's anything else we can do to help. We appreciate your support.

Mailing Instructions
- Provide your name and address in the "from" section of the MERCHANDISE RETURN LABEL.
- To ship items, use a sturdy box (a used one is ok) or envelopes larger than 6"w x 4"h
- Please fill the box with packing material or newspaper.
- Detach the MERCHANDISE RETURN LABEL and affix it to the package. Cover up any other addresses or bar codes on the box. Seal package securely.
- Drop off package at any U.S. Post Office, USPS Contract Station or hand to postal carrier.
